  2. Personalise Choose the wood, add an engraving with text or a pattern. Live preview - you see exactly how it will turn out.
  3. Order Pay by card or bank transfer, VAT invoice on request. Orders over £200 - free delivery.
  4. Receive Dispatch in 1-14 working days. Sent by tracked courier. Carefully packed - it arrives in one piece.

How long does it take to complete an order?
Standard turnaround is 1-14 working days. Boxes with engraving and USB drives usually take up to 14 days; ready-made models without personalisation - 1-3 working days.
Can I design my own engraving?
Yes, in the visual creator you can add any text or date and choose a design from our library. You can also upload your own logo - we will check it and e-mail you a confirmation.
What wood do you use?
Polish timber from the State Forests - pine, oak and brushed oak. The wood is kiln-dried and finished with safe coatings. Engraving is done with a CO2 laser.
Do you offer B2B pricing for photographers?
Yes, we have a dedicated Pro Zone with discounts from the very first item, VAT invoices and a personal account manager. Registration is free and comes with no obligation to buy.
